1.Stainless Steel

■ MIM process is simple and mature, suitable for promotion, and low R&D cost .
■ Good powder formability, simple follow-up processing technology, wide application range.

■ Typical alloys: 316L, 17-4PH, etc.

Stainless steel represented by 316L and 17-4PH is the main material of MIM process.

2.Pure titanium powder and titanium alloy powder

■ High specific strength, tensile strength>900MPa, density is only 60% of steel .
■ Has excellent biocompatibility and strong corrosion resistance .
■ Non-magnetic, can avoid electromagnetic interference in electronic system
.
■ Typical alloys: CpTi, Ti6Al4V, etc.

Titanium alloy is a new material for MIM and a key material for future MIM process breakthroughs .
