Plasma Rotating Electrode Process are developed to produce nickel based alloy powders, titanium alloy powders, stainless steel alloy powders and other refractory metal powder. Working Principle
Firstly, make the metal or alloy into the self-consuming electrode bars. a plasma arc is used to melt the end of a rapidly rotating bar and molten droplets are spun off and solidify in flight in an insert atmosphere.
